Warranty Period: This Limited Warranty, provided by Growvera Inc., covers the original purchaser of the MultiPIP from the date of original purchase for a period of one (1) year.
Coverage: This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues arising due to manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the MultiPIP.
Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Abuse, misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, cleaning with inappropriate methods, or use of incompatible accessories or components.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
- Damage caused by operating the MultiPIP outside the intended uses described by Growvera Inc.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or Acts of God, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and lightning.
Remedy: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Growvera Inc. will either (1) repair the MultiPIP at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the MultiPIP with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the MultiPIP.
How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Growvera Inc. at support@growvera.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please be ready to provide:
- The serial number of the MultiPIP
- A description of the problem
- Proof of purchase
Limitations: This Limited Warranty applies only to the MultiPIP manufactured by or for Growvera Inc. that can be identified by the “Growvera Inc.” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. Growvera Inc. provides no other warranties, expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Growvera Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the MultiPIP.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
